Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore contained in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
